Sheltered from the outside world and brought up to be a polite and softly spoken; hiding her identity is difficult and tries very hard to learn to be less formal and changes her name to Dagger, inspired by Zidane's weapon.

Trance

Garnet's Trance changes her Summon ability to Eidolon.


When a Eidolon is summoned while in Trance, it will reappear randomly and acts as a counter attack; the counter attack will continue throughout battle as long as she is in Trance as it does not use MP or deplete the Trance guage.


During Trance, the chance of a full summon animation is higher.


Ultimate Weapon - Whale Whicker / Tiger Racket

Garnet has two Ultimate Weapons; Whale Whisker and Tiger Racket.


Whale Whisker can be obtained in the Ocean Chocograph with a Blue Choco.


Tiger Racket can be found in the Dive spot below Quan's Dwelling. (You must have progressed the Chocobo Hot and Cold quest to where Choco is dark blue.) Stand on the ledge and look down; you need to have a Dead Pepper in your inventory.
